hand joint pain ....

iv noticed on and off pain in my right hand , wrist joints, finger joints sometimes arm to , this isnt a constant pain comes and goes, and my hands feel hot , im right handed and have a physical job and have just moved house lots of lifting ,

im 42 . wondered if could be some early arthritis ? ..

Try googling carpel tunnel syndrome. Mine is sometimes triggered by manual work such as digging and was exacerbated by pregnancy.

thanks bluebright have looked it up very interesting is slightly better with rest well as much as you can rest your right hand/arm ...back to work tomorrow ..
iv booked a Gp appointment for just over a weeks time so will see how it goes from now till then , is eased with neurofen so thats something ..
