Does anyone know of a good SHORT fitness DVD?

I need one that is no longer than 30-45 mins. Ideally a bit yoga-ey or pilates-ey - not some formerly tubby reality tv 'star' shouting at me in bad English, please! I just don't have time (or inclination!) for more.
Thanks

The Little Black Dress Work Out by Zoe Lucker is divided into six 10 minute sections - Warm Up, Dance, Kickboxing, Tone, Yoga & cool down.

Davina MacCalls Power of 3 has 3 x 30 minute sections - tone and aerobics, kickboxing and core stability (aka yoga).

Billy Blanks Abs and Glutes is excellent for targetting those area.

Nell MCAndrews Maximum Impact is a strenuous work out.

The Body by Elle McPherson with Karen Voight is a combination of cardio and toning.

Thanks - Davina sounds good except I think kickboxing might be dangerous for the furniture!

I've just got the Little Black Dress one of Ebay. Am hoping it is good.

Donnie I run and go to the gym too. With 2yo twins, I need to be fit(lol).

Bozza, I bought the Zoe Lucker DVD from Aldi for £2.99 thinking that if it was not any good I could probably sell it on ebay at a profit. I was pleasantly surprised. Initially, I found the sugary coated banter between Lucker and the trainer irritating but now I don't mind it. I use it when I want a more genteel work out but still feel as if I have done something.

Another good DVD is Pump it Up based on the video by Eric Prydz's song "Call on me". DH says that he can see that I really enjoy working out to that one because I give it everything.

I also use the Jane Fonda's Ab, Bums and Thigh work out. That has 2 x 30 minute work outs consisting of cardio and toning. I have had that video for about 10 years and I always go back to it because it so good. The Jane Fonda Low Impact aerobics video is very good too and comprises 30 minute aerobics followed by 30 minutes of stretching.

Bozza, the main fault that I find with the Zoe Lucker one is the camera work does not always show the steps that the trainer is doing as she explains a new move, particuarly in the warn up and dance section. You will get use to it after a couple of times of using it so don't give up.

That's approx what I paid including postage. And there was me thinking I had got a bargain. It came tonight but I haven't tried it yet.

Ive got the Charlie Brooks dvd (Janine from eastenders) its good as its got 5 x ten minute workouts and you can do as many/little of the sections as you wish eg warm up, disco, high energy, combat & pilates

Deborah Macklin's GETTING BACK: www.gettingback.co.uk

Specifically for post-childbirth (she's had 3 herself)and divided into 10 mins excercises so you can always do something, if short of time.

Also the 1980's exercise video THE Y PLAN - its excellent,12 mins workouts at 4 levels. No motivation needed, just start and its over in a jiffy.
