Is this the beginning of menopause, periods all over the place?? Usually 28 day cycles, last month 7 days late, this month af arrives today Cd19!!! Feeling crampy, bloated and none of this helping my mid life crisis!! Shititty shit! Any advice appreciated thanks

I find if I have a long cycle then the next one is shorter. I'm 44 & this started happening last year, sounds just normal hormonal but if you are concerned then see your Dr.
