I saw my Dr today. My iron is low but he wants me to try Spa tone as it's not really low enough to need the iron injections.
He said that my symptoms are from stress. His Dad is a Dr & does Acupuncture so I am booked in for that. I saw him about 8 years ago & he did acupuncture on me. I got home & had an over welcoming furge to sleep. He thinks that it will help relax me. I'm willing to try as I can't do much else to ease my stress. I work 2 jobs & have 3 kids & never have any holiday or weekends off as I have to work. I'm lucky that I don't pick things up & get sick.
