Low phosphate levels

Hi has anyone been told they have low phosphate levels? Mine are apparently 0.4 when they should be minimum 0.8.

The dr didn't seem concerned and wants to retest in a few weeks time but naturally I'm worried!

Bit of history:

Fibromyalgia
Neuropathic pain
Recurrent miscarriages
Asthma

Any help or advice greatly appreciated

Afraid I can't help but I am also interested in this. My phosphate levels came back low, everything else was normal. Doctor dismissed it as dietary. I actually eat a pretty normal healthy balanced diet so when I thought about it later I was a bit concerned.. can anyone shed any more light?

I've just had a second telephone consultation with my GP for clarification and they've booked me in for repeat bloods later this month to check it's not an anomaly as my calcium levels are normal.

He said usually when the phosphates are wonky then so are the calcium levels but not to worry, don't change my diet etc and wait for the next appointment which is reassuring
