What Could this Be?

I'm 45 and for the past few evenings have had quite severe bloating but only I'm the evenings. Very uncomfortable, my stomach seems huge!

Also had a bit of light spotting.

Bowel movements are irregular but always have been.

Is it just getting older or could it be IBS, something I know very little about.

First of all, don't worry - it's unlikely to be anything serious.
How about keeping a food diary for a few days, to see if you can spot any patterns?
