I think I'm getting something - sore throat, tight chest, feel run down. Thing is, it's my birthday this weekend (40 th so doing more than usual!) and do t want to feel crap before I've even started!
Help!
So far, I'm on vitamin C and zinc effervescent, about it have an uber healthy (and semi boring) organic salad full of various sprouts, veg and pulses. What else can I do?!
