Has anyone had a partial bowel obstruction?

Bit worried I have one.
I have had bowel probs from birth.. generally managed with prescribed meds, diet , enemas etc
But last two weeks I have been progressively worse.. bowel virtually stopped and now feel very tender and nauseous and finding it almost impossible to eat.. pretty sure tonights meal will be my last til I am better. I also have divericulosis and wonder if it has flared causing everything to pack up/block.

I can't get a docs appointment til friday! However if the nausea turns into non stop vomiting I will beg to be seen

Any experience or ideas.. I'm pretty sure something is 'different' to my usual problems :/

Yes, from Crohns. Over the years I've had many episodes where food causes temporary blockages which causes great pain.

On three occasions I've had terrible sickness and dehydration requiring a few days in hospital. Unfortunately, the last of which in June resulted in emergency surgery and an ileostomy.

If your nausea turns to non-stop vomiting then you should go to A and E. Bowel blockages can be serious.
