I've had right sided neck pain for about 6 weeks combined with feeling generally really unwell. My throat on the right side feels "wrong" too. Also what feels like massive adrenaline surges in stomach, not sleeping well, every couple of days feel totally knocked out as though have worst flu ever.
Any ideas?
