I'm pretty sure I've got PMDD and I'm keen to do something about it. Tried dozens of contraceptive pills and all made me feel worse.
I had depo provera in my 20s and loved it - has anyone had it for PMDD and has it helped? I think it will as I know it's been good for me before but I'm worried in case it doesn't this time and I'm stuck with other for three months.
