Hi, I have 3dcs. I have the implant (in my arm ) but as my periods were then never ending I went on the pill well over a year ago to regulate them . So I have implant and pill. My periods generally last 7days & start 3 days after I stop taking the pill each month.
There's a lot of stress in my life at the moment (it's on another thread elsewhere).
My periods last month & possibly the one before haven't started until around 5-6days after stopping the pill & have been very light & only lasted about 2days. I've been getting period pains which aren't normal for me.
Any tips on getting back on track please? Incense.. Yoga?.....
