Another mum here who needs to shape up. DD2 now almost 6 months, still breastfeeding and I don't care what anyone says it doesn't shift the pounds! Am actually not too bad, about 11 lbs away from pre-pregnancy weight but dreadfully out of shape with wobbly tummy, arms, bum, you name it.
Pre-pregnancy I actually got into a little routine of a Rosemary Conley dvd and swim 3 times a week, have just managed a swim this morning as dh is home to look after the girls but have to confess to scoffing home-made chocolate brownies (fab recipe courtesy of mumsnet) after the swim! I am promising myself that this week I will take out that tummy toner thingy from behind the settee and put it to use. How do you get rid of wobbly arms?
