I'm always tired. Not fall asleep at my desk tired but I feel wiped out most of the time. Been like this for the past year. I've got an agreement with the GP that we'll look into this in the new year once I steady out with AD (the two maybe related after all!). The AD are helping but I'm still knackered.
What should I change diet wise ? Iron and magnesium supplements with my multi vitamin, but what else should I do ? I'd like to see if I can pick myself up before the new year review.
