Ridiculously dry mouth and throat any suggestions for something to help?

I have an auto immune disease which causes dryness plus new meds which have turned my mouth into the sahara, I have hardly any saliva.
I'm constantly having to sip water.

Can anyone suggest something that would help? (not chewing gum)

There are mouth washes you can get. Speak to pharmacist.

If you talk to your GP, there are a range of artificial saliva products that will help

Would using a humidifier help?
