Just been to the dentist...

and had a filling in one of my top teeth. I'm starving hungry and the anaesthetic still hasn't worn off. It's been nearly three hours!!! How long does it usually last please?????

Depends on the type of local anaesthetic used. Some can last quite a while. What about using a straw !

mine couple weeks ago lasted a good 5-6 hours so you could have a while to go yet!! is really horrid you poor thing.
