Vomiting and tiredness

Does anyone else get this? I've never been as sick as offer as the last year when my dc2 was born.

I get to the point every 6 weeks that I hit the wall of exhaustion and it always ends in extreme vomiting, diarrhoea and basically flu for 12 to 24 hours.

Is this just a coincidence or do others get sickness bugs like this? Do I need to go to a gp

I get this too. I overdo things and complete exhaustion kicks in. I've not known it happen to anyone else though so don't know the answer or how common it is.

It's very weirded! I've been in bed most of today. Feeling really shattered and washed out.
