Sterilised but period late

Help! Was sterilised 3 months ago and periods were "normal" (every 28 days) now over 2 weeks late and V worried may be pg. Got appointment with DR tomorrow.
Any advice please

i was sterilised (and had ablation) 2mths ago, still no period, but very bad 'coming on pains' at the mo.

period pains keep coming and going. Keep thinking I'm going to 'come on' but not yet.

i wa sterilised 2 years ago, and this has happened to me a few times.
get period pains but was still a few weeks late.
at one point did buy a pregnacy test !!!
but everything ok. sure it is nothing to worry about

Thanks for the reassurance, but worried that operation hasn't worked. Don't like the idea of having to have it done again!!
Have heard that it doesn't always work first time round..

id love it if i was preg tbh, but i had to have mine done for other reasons. dont think theres a chance in hell of me being preg though!

why not just buy a home test. at least that way will give you some peace of mind when it shows negative.
know how you are feeling . ive got 4 dc already and was panicing that my op hadnt worked...

Got full time job, 1dd and 1ds, so am quite happy CarlyP so thought of having another is frightning!!

hope it goes alright for you busby. i have 2 children, but would have lvoed more! (i had a m/c in march, due date this sat)

No, its fine, if youve chosen to be sterilised, you wont want anymore, can see you POV completle.y

they are nrly 2 and nrly 3 (11 mths apart!)
