I'm just curious, what are you meant to/not meant to eat if you are a B positive? Thank you!

Hello. You can find the list of "Beneficial/Neutral/Avoid" if you google, or get the book from the library. The biggest to avoid are chicken and tomato. As B bloood you don't have to cut out any food group, just be very selective. Personally, I have found that although the "science" appears rather shaky, it really DOES work for me and I have identified lots of physical differences since I began to follow the plan about 10 years ago. I am not obsessive about it, and have yet to manage cutting out wheat totally, but even small changes are likely to help. If you have any health issues troubling you, why not be obsessive for maybe 3 months to give it a serious trial, then make up your mind if you can be bothered to continue.

Many experts say that the theory is nonsense and there is no link between blood type and the diet you eat.

Absolutely true, and as I said the "science" is shaky, (at best,) but I can promise you I found benefits within 3 days that I never expected and was not looking for, which is why I stuck with it.

The lists are quite long, but if you google it you will find all the recommendations and you might want to give it a whirl. Good luck.
