Diverticulitis

It hurts and I feel sick and it hurts and I am a miserable, Mardy cow, lying on the sofa and I promise I am older than three!
Any suggestions to ease things will be much appreciated. Thank you!

You have my sympathy.. I have it too and having been on holiday for a week it has flared up just for me to catch the plane home today, in pain!

I have never found any solutions, and the older I get the longer the list of 'avoid these foods' grows :(

I too was on holiday, wonder if it was a change of diet? And yes, am discovering the need to restrict certain foods.
Am slightly better this morning, still on sofa but not crying!
