DS2, 2, has just had a couple of stitches -under GA- to his lip after a fall 
and needless to say I want to prevent any scarring to his face (I tend to scar quite easily). Can you recommend anything strips/ ointments/ lotions/ creams/ vitamins that are great and known to work for promoting the healing process? Or is it best to leave well alone and let nature take it's course?
We were told by the hospital to take the tape off covering the stitches after 10 days (though it looks like it will not last that long) but what then?
