Tingling face

Had this on and off for a week hoping it can wait until the docs open tomorrow.
Tingling numb left side of face, mild headache, neck ache. I know if I ring the out of hours they will say come up but I don't feel that poorly.
I think I'm hormonal (perimenopause) and have an auto immune disease so it could be anything.
Any advice? Xx

Sounds like a trapped nerve?
Can originate from your neck or jaw. Have you strained or sprained your neck?

Or does it feel like an abscess? Are you fluey shivery unwell?

Could you see your dentist as well?

No doesn't feel like an abscess, had one of those once and won't forget that in a hurry! Not fluey or unwell. The feeling itself makes me feel crappy but I'm not feeling poorly. I could have done something to my neck, I joined a gym last week and although it's a gentle start I've not done a lot for years! Thanks for your advice xx

Saw doc, who thinks a problem with a nerve in my neck or cheek. I've had tinnitus in that ear too for longer than the headache and numbness. X
