Mouth pain

The last couple of days I've had some pain in the roof of my mouth and my two front teeth. Almost like I've bashed them, but I haven't! I'm not really too sure what to do. I presume this is dentist territory? but I only have a private one, so it's a costly experience. Ugh.

Sinus pressure can do that. Have you had a cold or blocked nose? Allergies? Something like that sounds likely. x

Ah. Good suggestion. I haven't been nasally- but I do suffer with sinus problems from time to time so it could be something internal.

I'll give it a few days and go to the
Gp first if it doesn't appear to be easing.
