On my leg. Woke up to it today, might be an insect bite. Took the top off and loads of clear liquid was squeezed out. But has left a very solid, linear lump behind.

It's on the back of my knee so hard to take a photo, especially with an ipad. There's quite a bit of redness, then a visible white horizontal line which is where the lump feels really hard.

I don't think its squeezable either. Hot flannel maybe might help?
