Dd went to bed with stomach cramps at 10pm last night but had no further symptoms. I woke at 1.30am with cramps and diarrhea but no sickness. I still have cramps and am passing blood now probably because there is nothing in my stomach.I don't have a temperature although I feel freezing and have done all day but am warm to touch Never had any symptoms before and have been very stressed lately. Will go to GP's tomorrow I suppose or should I phone first just in case I'm infectious?
