Why is my face burning?

Everyday my face burns up. I feel it starting and nothing in particular brings it on. Its burning to touch it. My neck is red hot too but not quite as bad as my face.
The rest of me is normal temperature so I dont feel like its a flush, its just burning on my face. I dont think its a reaction to anything, its happened again tonight and I havent had anything (make up or cream) on my face for 2 days.
Does anyone else get this or know what could be causing it?

Something you have eaten?

Mine does the same when I eat bread. I found out I had a yeast allergy last year, a new allergy to me.

Oh I'm not sure, I had chilli and rice for tea.
How do I find out if I have an allergy? It happens most nights and I am not allergic to anything that I know of.
