Trapped nerve - advice needed

How long can these symptoms last and when should I go back to the docs?

I've had tingling in pinky and ring finger on right arm, general numbness and aching since around May.

I'm not sure what to do next as I keep turning up at the docs and I'm concerned it could be something else.

I'm far from in agony with it but it's very annoying and I focus on it.

Hi, I'm no doctor so would recommend you go and see yours to get a proper diagnosis but tingly fingers could be anything from circulation problems and trapped nerves to possibly even a symptom of diabetes. A standard blood test would diagnose the latter though which is something your doctor could advise on too.

How about an osteopath? I have sciatica, which is a trapped nerve, and 3 sessions with my osteopath usually leaves me pain free.
Hope you get to sort it out.
