Hard marble sized lump

I have a hard marble sized lump on the left flap of my vigina it came afta i give birth to my son 4 year ago its not painfull and i only know its there if i feel it
Has any1 had this before and what could this be?
It has got a bit bigger then what it started off 4 year ago

It sounds like a cyst. Google, warm baths with Epsom salts, visit the doctor seem to be the solutions.
