Hi there. Just wondering who out there has a child/children with EDS when neither parent has it or any other family members ..... our son has been diagnosed with it. Just curious :)

I'm not in your situation as I gave EDS and seems like I've passed it on but if you contact the Hypermobility Syndromes Association (www.hypermobility.org) they have stacks of info on the condition. Its where I got all my info when I got diagnosed. There is lots of online info and a shop where you can fet info leaflets and a helpline if you would like to talk to someone and local support groups. There is also a forum where you can chat/ask questions and its likely you'll find someone who is in a similar situation.
Hope you find the info you need. xx

My four dcs have EDS alongside other health issues but dh and is both have it.

Eds uk do a lot of info sheets and online literature that may be helpful
