Does this look like ingrown hairs?

Have attached picture showing my armpit two days after plucking. Does it look like I have any ingrown hairs? If so, how can I best treat them?

I would say that its unlikely to be in growing hairs after only 2 days. More likely to be that the hair follicles are a little inflamed after having the hairs pulled out.

Are you moisturising and using gentle soap to clean? Pat don't rub dry.
