Aching where lymph nodes are

I get an aching in my chest/neck, groin, armpit and behind my knees.

I have massive health anxiety issues so I was utterly convinced it was lymphoma.

I've been to GP who took blood tests and nothing odd has showed up and I'm assured it would have (despite reading online that you can still have normal bloods).

Two GPs have checked for swellings of the nodes and couldn't find any - however I do think one arm pit is swollen a bit.

What could be causing this achy feeling in my lymph nodes? Could it even be depression/anxiety? Fibromyalgia?

I just don't know what to do as I've had no luck at the GPs but if it is something sinister I'd rather it be caught earlier.

Help.

I get the same when I'm run down. Have you had a stressful or tiring time?

I take multivitamins and make sure I get lots of sleep.

Pretty much any virtual infection will cause a similar reaction to those you are experiencing. Try taking a note of other symptoms when you feel like this, runny one, sore throat, etc. it's what the lymph nodes are made for!

Stressful in that my health anxiety is such that I'm panicked to bits about what's happening to me. I do work long hours and have a 3 and 1 year old. I'm also T1 diabetic.

I don't feel tired or ill in any other way Sad
