How long did it take for your first "proper" period to restart?
I had my Mirena removed last month (Tuesday 8th July), and then had a removal bleed for about 10 days.
My periods (despite being really heavy, which was what the coil was supposed to alleviate) were always really regular on a 28-29 day cycle prior to the coil. With the coil in, I didn't really stop bleeding for the whole time, hence the removal.
Except it's now past my usual 28 days (assuming I start from the removal bleed), and there's nothing. I did POAS on Sunday using an early indicator which was lying about from before due to miscounting my weeks, and it was negative (obviously not a guarantee with the early style). So, how long might this go on for? It's stressing me out big time as I have a job interview next week and I couldn't take it and then say "oops, I'm pg!".
