I have a smallish ganglion on my wrist that pops out every day, so I always pop it back in with no trouble. But last night I moved my wrist slightly while doing it and now my whole hand is demobilised It is literally too painful to move. What have I done and how on earth do I fix it?!

I feel a bit foolish though Pruni. Will they not tell me to bugger off? It IS very painful though, not entirely sure how I will get dd dressed. or even get the bugy out the door

i had one and it was removed only to appear again larger and more obious than before HOWEVER I never try to pop it in. You need to have it seen to - can't allow yourself to be in pain and unable to use that hand.

I believe ganglions can be tender if they are pressing on a nerve. Maybe you fiddled too much Did you get it looked at?
