Hi folks
I really need some advice, I feel exhausted, I was diagnosed with graves disease a year ago (overactive thyroid) but my levels are now stable.
I feel so tired, I wake up with a banging headache, stiff neck, swollen glands, upset stomach, feel dizzy and have palpitations.
Have you changed your diet and lifestyle because of similar symptoms? I'm also ratty and short tempered and keep telling my husband I want a divorce! Not good!
Please help!
I've blogged about it too, comments welcome x

I am prone to anaemia and that makes me immensely tired, dizzy and have palpitations. Ask your GP to get your haemoglobin levels checked? It's a simple blood test. Plus they can add anything else on to those tests they think would be worth checking. Are you vegetarian?

Are these symptoms different to what y had when you were first diagnosed with Graves' . I think that relapses are very common so it is worth getting your thyroid levels checked.
Can I ask how you were treated? I have only just been diagnosed and started on Carbimazole.
