Mole - can someone help?

I have had this mole for a a few months. Doctor seems to think there is nothing to worry about but at the same time she could not tell me what it is. Has anyone got any ideas? Should I got back and ask for a referral?

Can't see that well but if you google seberohic keratosis does it look similar. I think they can be found on the hand and benign and nothing to worry about
