Headaches

I am not remotely prone to headaches but have a painful one that started two days ago and hasn't really gone.

I've had a pretty full-on week but have slept well and eaten healthily - any ideas?

Stress? Are you unconsciously clenching your jaw? Tight shoulders and neck can cause headaches. I really rate the old cure of laying in a dark room with a cool flannel on my forehead for tension headaches. Ibuprofen works better than paracetamol for me as headaches are sometime caused by a tight muscle elsewhere.

Hope you feel better soon

Headaches are due to indigestion as well as stomach infections. The best thing will be that you should take digene as many as you feel up until the headache gets cured.

I don't think electronics will lead to head ache. Check your eye sight. That may additionally give headache.
