Skin reaction to st Ives low fat spread...

Any ideas?

dd2 15 mnths - no know allergies, got a bit of spread on her face whilst eating toast at grandmas.... by the time i wiped it off, when she had finished, it had left big red patch in 2 places where it had contact...!?

very strange... we use Flora light, she has never reacted to that...

Ideas??

Read the ingredients carefully - it is likely to be a chemical colouring or emulsifier that you would never have guessed was in there. then compare the list with the ingredients of flora lite and see if there is anything you can eliminate. Tou can then repeat this process with other dairy products that you know are ok and you should be able to narrow it down.

Check carefully for nut or peanut / arachis / ground nut derivatives.
