Relative has been ill for a few weeks, various symptoms including faints, sweats, muscle/joint pains, diaphragm and abdomen pain, vomiting, breathing difficulties.
Two lots of bloods done showing high crp, low (I think ) WBC and something relating to liver showed up. Also has very enlarged glands everywhere. Discharged from a+e on Friday night as the dr said to her " I don't know what's wrong see your own gp on mon"

Today she collapsed with pain and breathing difficulty and is back in hospital where they suspect some kind of infection or lymphoma. I don't know much about this but want to help. I've googled a bit but its confusing.

Could someone with some knowledge give me a simple explanation of what this could mean/what wil happen etc? Thankyou.

Well, an infection is very treatable. Lymphoma is a type of cancer of the lymphatic system, which is usually also treatable, normally with chemo. But please don't panic, I know 3 people who have completely recovered from lymphomas. Good luck.
