dds poo is pale cream, she 4, any ideas

shes had a bug of some sort, vomitting last night once, and now this poo today, diarheoa yesterday morning but nothing since, its not diarrheoa today more solid (eek)
no temperature , bit lethargic, but had a good sleep last night over 11hrs, looks a bit paler than normal but not much

I'd be inclined to give it a couple of days for her to get back to something like normal. That way any bug will have probably left her system.

If she is no better and poo is still very pale as you describe after 3 days(ish) I would take her to the GP.

Mine always have that after a bug, usually goes back to normal after a couple of days.

thanks queen eagle, really want to avoid doctor and antibiotics until the depths of winter and they really need them to get over somthing.

DS's poohs were quite pale for several months. I think it was his diet at the time - too much weetbix, bread, etc. I put him on multi-vitamins and the colour "improved".
