that parkling mineral water strips teeth of enamel??? feel very dense because I didn't and have been glugging loads of it! always thought it was innocuous stuff! God knows what I am going to drink now - plain, I suppose...

Any carbonated drink can damage your teeth due to their acidic nature. Ones such as coke, fanta etc have the added problem of sugar too. The water is the least harmful of the lot. I confess to drinking a good 1 -2 litres of the stuff daily (it was my craving when I was pregnant first time around and it has never gone away). And I really should know better .
