This has probably been one of the coolest days for a while, but I'm really suffering.
I went to a funeral today and had to sneak out halfway through as I was so hot I thought I was going to faint, then the nausea started and I almost (not quite) threw up outside the church.
This is not me at all - has anyone else had this? Is it a virus going around? I'm feeling a bit better now, but planning an early night to try to sleep it off...
