Really scared i have MS waiting for MRI

A few days ago I noticed problems in my left eye and loss of visual colour! yesterday I ended up having an emergency eye appointment and have been diagnosed with optical neuritis!
My Mother has MS quite bad and have been told there is a high chance 50/50 that I have it to. Im so scared as I have watched my Mum over the years...............!
Don't know what im asking for really probs some hand holding as my parents and hubby are so upset!

Hi cremeeggs don't have any advice or experience but offering a hand to hold.

I think the waiting and not knowing must be the worst bit, once you know for definite, then you can plan on how to go forward

thanks ingogKNEEto (fab name) just feeling very teary today and trying to hold it together for my daughter...........and my eyes worse today:(
