Fast Pulse, high blood pressure

I have always had a perfect pulse rate and blood pressure. 3 weeks ago I had my bp taken and it was high on both systolic and diasistolic. I have both measured monthly so know when the changes happened.

Since then my bp hasn't dropped and my pulse, no matter when taken, hasn't dropped below 90 but hasn't gone above 110.

Do I need to worry? Should I try see a gp ASAP?

I live in the Middle East and these measurements were taken by my psychiatrist who prescribed an antidepressant for me. None of the side effects listed are to do with bp or pulse. He told me it was something to monitor but I won't be seeing him until September.

I'm currently in the uk and don't have a gp. I do have medical insurance.

I have recently lost 18lb in 8 weeks, still overweight. Don't smoke or drink excessively and no other health issues. I have a healthy diet, don't add salt to my cooking or food.

All advice welcome!

Both could be symptoms of anxiety, is that possible?

I'm so chilled out I'm practically horizontal! I've had some stressing times such as a long indirect flight to the uk with a 4yo but I don't feel anxious in any way.
