How about contraceptive injection? But there must be some kind of anaesthetic your DH can have. He cannot be allergic to them all. Plus they do vasectomy under local anyway don't they?

The diaphagm is under-rated if you ask me.
If you're not afraid of touching your bits when you're getting used to it, then it's really easy to put it in and if something happens, it happens , if not, then you just take it out in the morning, no problem.
I used condoms too, when I was surprised by DH and hadn't got my act together soon enough.

def injection - stopped my periods which was bonus but also sex drive so no chance of pregnancy at all lol. i'm sure it doesn't do that to everybody tho!!!

depot injections are usualy Progesterone only and not Oestrogen and progesterone (as in the combined pill)

I have the Implanon Implant...but obviously not sure if it is an option for you...it's good for 3 years, and no popping pills or anything
