unfortunatly dh is on holidays so can't ask him for advice (he is GP). But find headache on only one side of the head a bit odd.

I had the same yesterday Twigs, and ended up taking a paracetamol. It's a hormone thing I think.

Could be a migraine, Twiglett, they are usually one-sided. It might be best to get your bp checked, just to rule out anything else. Hope you feel better soon.
