So, I'm 51 but still bang on 28 day cycle, usually. This month nothing, all the build up but no period. Then, ten days later a lot of pain and some stringy black discharge, obv old blood but very little, I still have a lot of lower abdominal pain but nothing else, no temperature, no discharge. ps ma went into menopause at 56, 52 yr old sis still symptom free, i think its something else but don't know what
