Mooncup sizing help?

I'm thinking of getting a mooncup but am a bit uncertain of which size I should go for. I recently turned 30 but have one child delivered by CS. I think my fanjo is quite small so tempted to order the 'B' but am I deluding myself as I am in the over 30 bracket (only just!)?

I'm 35 and have both, I find the bigger one way too big. I've also had a CS (only). So i would say the smaller is fine.
