DD(15) keeps getting headaches that mean she's in bed at 9:00 each night. She has a feeling it's to do with her eyes (one is -4.00 and the other is -3.50 for anyone good with prescriptions). They're bad. Don't have the time for an opticians appointment until next week (logistical nightmare with work experience, need permission from her school first, then primary then her school again) and she doesn't want to miss the activities her school are doing (she's cooking and doing science). Don't want her to get hooked on painkillers either, as these tend to make it worse for her.
Any advice?
