Quite tender but definitely no lumps. The nipple is slightly darker than the right one. Also has a few little white spots there. Looks like milk spots.
The pain isn't there all the time though.
I'm not sure how concerned I should be. I will make an appointment but it's usually a few Weeks wait in the local surgery.
