Bleeding after pelvic floor exercise?

Has anyone else had this? I did some yesterday after months of completely forgetting they existed, and this morning I've woken up bleeding. It's very light, and looks like the blood you get on the last day of your period... Have i broke myself somehow?

Go and see GP- you might have a cervical polyp or similar but it would tend to bleed after sex too- anything then?

ah. That doesn't sound good. No bleeding after sex, but i sometimes get abdominal pain. No harm in checking it out with the gp I guess.
