Hi forum. Haavnt been on here in a few month as ive had my health anxiety under control with my tablets. Im on citalopram and have been for the past 4 month. Only 10ml but since I started ive been great! Till last night. I woke at half 4 tgis morning to my arm slightly shaking as if it was trembling. I panicked and jumped up and it stopped. But after that I coulsnt aettle for worrying I was going to have somw kind of fit then started to worry. So everytime I tried to sleep I would jerk up with panik and my heart beat was pulsing hard in my ear. Today ive been fine but dreading going back to bed tonight. Aby advise off people whos experienced this would be great
